As the title suggests, releases the theatre spectacle from the confines of the conventional ‘black box’ and catapults it into the heart and hearth of people’s everyday lives- the shared space of the home: the living room.

 

Golden Delicious are looking to set up a tours around cities and rural centers and be interested in collaborating with festivals/theatres/organisations or private people to produce and realise this kind of tours.

 

The idea is we are coming to your city, to your living room with our show

 

This film was made in Switzerland with the show “Jonathan and the Blue Table’. There we made our first living room tour.

Our hosts were the events organizers while our part of the “deal” was preparing the set, performing in front of variant audience of all ages and interests and eventually having the opportunity to share an evening with the hosts and their guests. Making theatre part of everyday life.

 

The next “Living Room tour” will be performed in Paris, France between 3-7th of June.

Jonathan 

est une saga épique, un hommage au cinéma, présenté par 

des personnages pommes, couteaux, et une table à découper.

Jonathan, une pomme verte née de parents rouges, est hanté par son 

passé tragique, et guidé par un appétit de vengeance. Après un voyage  

riche en émotions, amour, haine, soif de vengeance, Jonathan  

parvient à réaliser qu’en fait, la pomme ne tombe jamais loin de l’arbre.

La Table Bleue

ce qui commence comme un cours scientifique donné par une zoologiste passionnée et originale se transforme en un voyage qui nous  

 

transporte dans le monde naturel spectaculaire de l’évolution animale… 

au moyen d’objets usuels de ménage. La Table Bleue nous livre l’occasion

rare d’approcher les moments intimes de vies animales dans leur 

habitat naturel. Nous y rencontrons des cygnes faits de sac en plastique,

des escargots confectionnés avec des serviettes de cuisine, 

ou encore un banc de harengs faits de petites cuillères.
